Hikari (Simple and Clean) Sheet Music For FLUTE?
I’m looking for the song sheet for the song Hikari by Utada Hikari for the Fute! (Not the piano)
Please help me! I really love that song! (Plus my mom thinks that I’m practicing my flute right now but I lost my song book! I would really like to learn this song so I don’t get in trouble!)
Please Help me!
If you scroll down, you will see "Hikari". Click on "PDF" to see the sheet music, or click on "MUS" to hear the mp3.

What’s a good audio recording program that also has a "sheet music" interface for MIDI?
I like Pro Tools, but that doesn’t have a sheet music based interface for MIDI music, which is important to me. I hear Finale is great for sheet music, but I believe only the latest version has any audio recording whatsoever…so I’m assuming it’s not as polished as other programs more dedicated to audio. Can anyone recommend a program that does both decently?
I’m will to spend maybe $500. I already have a M-Audio sound card (delta 66), and the Roland JV-1010 sound module for MIDI. I have Windows XP. Something that can use VSTI plug-ins is a big plus.
Thanks in advance!
I think what you want here is more along the lines of a compatible plug-in that will work with Pro-Tools.. Now that will be harder to come by than what would be compatible with other DAW software like Sonar for example, but at any rate I’m sure there are plug-ins for both.. There is no better solution though then just calling sweetwater.. www.sweetwater.com for the number I think it’s 800 222 4700 at any rate, there is no better customer service in the world.. not in the audio world or otherwise.. They are absolutely outstanding and can suggest the perfect fix I’m sure. So I hope this is helpgull and the best of luck to you.
Were can i find a site with good music guitar sheets?
Hi i have been looking EVERYWHERE for free music sheets site (not tabs or just cords actual notes) with a plentiful amount of songs. I am pratcing song sheets and not just tabs and there are many songs i want to play but in order to play them i need the song sheets because tabs arnt always rght and i need to pratice my music more. Please help me thanks! (im into heavy stuff A7X, Slipknot, Daath, Cradle of filth, etc…)
There’s the freeware program Power Tab ( http://www.power-tab.net/ ), and you can then download tabs/scores for it from http://tablibrary.com (you’ll need to register). You’ll get the actual notes with the tabs under it in the program. It’s still not perfect, but usually a lot more accurate than downloading from tab sites, and you can practice by playing the songs in midi or practice with a metronome.
How can I scan and play guitar sheet music on computer?
Is there a program that exists where you can scan the guitar sheet music/tab books (like the Hal Leonard books) and it will read and playback the sheetmusic/tabs?
Is there one where you have the option to isolate and playback specific riffs, etc., rather than playing all the intruments at once, if you want to?
Interpreting the sheetmusic is difficult and seeing and hearing how it should sound will make things a lot easier.
I agree with your last statement. But, I don’t think that there is a method commercially available to actually photographically scan sheet music and have software play it for you. However, there are guitar tablature editors that can "isolate and playback specific riffs."
A popular and free one is PowerTab, and a good paid one is Guitar Pro (5). One that is probably less known is Tuxguitar (originally made for Linux OS’s but can be downloaded for free for Windows), but it can save files in the .ptb (PowerTab) and .gp(#) (Guitar Pro) file formats. Beware of scams; PowerTab and Tuxguitar are free programs. You should not have to pay for them.
The only drawback is that you have to put in the notes yourself manually, either by traditional music notation or by tab. Otherwise, have someone play the notes for you.

This is me playing “Across the Stars” on my flute from “Star Wars: Episode II.”
For those interested in obtaining this music, I would recommend visiting sheetmusicplus.com. That is where I get most of my sheet music from and their prices are typically pretty good.
